Going Up – A New Place to Run

I started getting into cardio as soon as I left the treadmill.  A jog, hike or climbing actual stairs is more interesting to me when I’m not staring at a screen or my panting face in the mirror.

Call me crazy but try running a (not so busy) parking garage.   I’ll run this office’s lot on the weekends.

TRY THIS – Repeat 3 times

Warm Up:

  • Jog to the top of garage (or Level 3)
  • Walk down
  • Sprint up to Level 1
  • Jog down to ground level
  • Sprint to Level 1
  • Jog to next up ramp
  • Sprint to Level 2
  • Jog down to ground level
  • Sprint to Level 1
  • Jog to next up ramp
  • Sprint to Level 2
  • Jog to next up ramp
  • Sprint up to Level 3
  • Jog down to ground level
