I like to cut my fruit similar sizes so none of them over power the salad. Mix fruit in a bowl, add the juice of the lemon and minced ginger root. Sprinkle in cinnamon to your liking.
This fruit salad is bomb because not only do you get the benefits of whatever fruits you decide to use, the ginger and cinnamon both help reduce inflammation and ease digestion. I try to add both of these spices to as many dishes as possible.
